Arise Kenya Team conducted an interactive session with the parents at Sifa Children’s Center.
Peter Kariuki, our Yoga instructor, conducted a Yoga session for Physical fitness. The importance of Physical as well as Mental health was explained in great detail by Peter. This was followed by a Parenting workshop by Hemali Bharat.
Arise Kenya team shall be working closely to empower the community.
